Yoga Definitions

  • Vinyasa Yoga

    Yoga postures linked together through movement and breath. Organic movement opening the body through sequences of standing, twisting, balancing and breathing.

  • Gentle Beginners Yoga

    Class centering on gentle body opening utilizing foundational yoga postures. Perfect for those new to yoga or experienced practicioner's wanting a slower alignment based class.

  • Restorative Yoga

    Emphasis placed on supported yoga poses using props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps. Poses are held from 3-15 minutes. This class brings the body back to it's natural state and is nurturing and healing for ones self.

  • Yoga for Wellness®

    Yoga for wellness consists of a sixty or ninety minute session focusing on gentle asana movement, pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation.

Kat provides private/semi-private instruction in the metropolitan Boston area. She is also available to teach Yoga for Wellness® in a clinic, hospital, studio or hospice group setting.

Rates:

  • 60 minutes - $50
  • 90 minutes - $65
